RASPBERRY MATCHA
SCONE RECIPE

Ingredients:

Original Sunshine Gluten Free Flour 360g

Baking soda 4g

Baking powder 5g

Salt 4g

Organic Granulated Sugar 103g

Raspberries Freeze Dried 27g

Lemon Zest (Perfect Puree) 10g

Buttermilk or Cultured Coconut Milk 306g

Butter or Vegan Butter Melted 180g

Method:

1. Combine all dry ingredients (except the dried raspberries) in a bowl and whisk to combine.

2. Mix the wet ingredients together including the melted butter and combine until uniform.

3. Fold in the dry raspberries until uniform.

Portion with a disher onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly and dust with turbinado sugar if desired

Bake 425f convection approx 12 minutes
